1 Definitions & Interpretation

The following words and phrases used in these Terms & Conditions are defined below for clarity:

• "Platform" or "Site" refers to the kqu9 website and all its services.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person who has registered on or is browsing this platform.
• "We" or "kqu9" refers to the entity operating this platform.
• "Account" refers to each user's individual registered profile.
• "Balance" refers to the amount of funds deposited in and available for withdrawal from an account.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit granted by kqu9, which may be withdrawn subject to meeting specified conditions.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.2 Accuracy of Account Information

The name, date of birth, address, and mobile number provided at registration must be accurate. kqu9 reserves the right to close any account created with false information at any time. In such cases, any bonus held in the account may be forfeited.

2.3 Password & Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details confidential. Notify kqu9 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access. kqu9 will not be liable for any loss resulting from your account details being shared with a third party.

3 Age Verification & Minor Protection

kqu9 is for users aged 21 and over only. Preventing minors from using this platform is our priority. We take age declarations made at registration very seriously.

• kqu9 may request a national ID or other official document to verify the age of any account.
• If a user is confirmed to be a minor following verification, the account will be closed immediately and a decision will be made regarding the return of any deposited funds.
• A note for parents — please use parental control software to prevent children and teenagers from accessing platforms of this type.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

Accepted methods for depositing funds at kqu9 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• It may generally take a few minutes or slightly longer for a deposit to be reflected in your account, depending on the method and bank processing time.
• When making a deposit, include the correct amount and reference number so the transaction can be verified quickly.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions must be met to successfully withdraw from your account:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Your account must be fully verified before submitting a withdrawal request.
• The withdrawal method will generally correspond to the deposit method used.
• If any active bonus has an incomplete wagering requirement, the withdrawal process may be placed on hold.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

kqu9 offers a 150% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus — total balance ৳2,500.
• Deposit ৳8,000 and receive a maximum ৳5,000 bonus — total balance ৳13,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering applies only to the bonus amount, not the deposit amount.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own expiry period — any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• Multiple bonuses generally cannot be used at the same time, unless specifically stated.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — only bonus winnings may be withdrawn, and only after the specified wagering requirement has been met.
• kqu9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Policy

All bets and games on kqu9 must be played fairly and in accordance with the rules. If any irregular betting pattern or suspicious activity is detected, kqu9 reserves the right to investigate and, where necessary, suspend the account.

6.2 Sports Betting

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.
• Bets placed at incorrect odds displayed due to a technical error are not valid — kqu9 reserves the right to cancel such bets.

6.3 Casino Games

• All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and fair play is ensured.
• If a game remains incomplete due to a technical issue, the result of that round will be voided and the wagered amount will be returned.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kqu9 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Registering using false or stolen identity information.
• Using another person's account or selling/transferring an account.
• Gaining an advantage through bots, automated software, or any form of technical manipulation.
• Money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Any attempt to hack, DDoS, or compromise the security of the platform.
• Deliberately exploiting game vulnerabilities or technical errors.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by kqu9

kqu9 may temporarily or permanently suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Suspicion or evidence of a breach of the terms.
• Questions regarding the accuracy of information provided.
• For the purpose of conducting a security investigation.
• At the direction of a legal or regulatory authority.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your available balance before the account is closed; however, bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until any incomplete wagering requirements have been met.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, kqu9 is not liable for:

• Games or bets affected by loss of internet connection.
• Loss caused by delays or errors in third-party payment services.
• Account information being exposed due to a user's own negligence.
• Service disruption due to force majeure events (natural disasters, cyber attacks, government restrictions, etc.).

kqu9 makes every reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted service, but cannot guarantee it entirely.
